No refunds will be given after the payment is made. This is because we have already started working on your project and have incurred costs. However, in some special cases, we may offer refunds in the form of credits that you can use on your next project.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. You must also provide us with a reason for the refund and proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your request. The amount of the refund will be based on the amount of work that has been completed on your project.
Refunds will be issued to digital wallet on your portal which will be utilized for future projects.
We may offer refunds in the form of credits in the following special cases:
- Project Delivery is not as per Project’s Scope of work.
- If the project is not delivered on time. (Delayed More then 15 Days)
